Before submitting your registration on the TNC HRA platform, please carefully read and acknowledge the following:

Candidate Declaration & Consent

• I confirm that all information, certifications, sea service details, documents, and resumes submitted are true, accurate, valid, and belong to me.
• I voluntarily consent to TNC HRA collecting, storing, processing, and managing my personal information and career records for maritime recruitment and verification purposes.
• I agree that my profile, resume, and certifications may be shared with verified maritime employers, ship management companies, vessel owners, and recruitment partners for evaluation and hiring.
• I consent to being contacted by TNC HRA and associated maritime employers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and platform notifications regarding job opportunities and career updates.
• I understand that TNC HRA may process my data through automated matching systems and search algorithms to improve my visibility and job matching.
• I acknowledge that my profile will be visible to verified maritime companies registered on the TNC HRA platform.
• I understand that I may at any time request correction of my data, withdraw my consent, or request deletion of my profile by contacting: hra@thenavalconnection.com.
• I understand that while TNC HRA maintains security measures, they are not liable for unauthorized external cyber incidents or third-party misuse beyond reasonable control.
• I agree not to upload false, manipulated, forged, or fraudulent documents or information.
• I acknowledge that submission of my profile does not guarantee employment, interviews, or vessel placement.
• I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy and Data Processing practices of TNC HRA.

Before registering your company, please acknowledge:

• I understand that TNC HRA is a maritime recruitment connectivity platform and does not itself provide employment or guarantee vessel placement for seafarers.
• Employment opportunities and vessel placements are solely at the discretion of the recruiting company or employer.
• I acknowledge that TNC HRA does not charge seafarers any recruitment or placement fees for applying to opportunities.
• TNC HRA is not responsible for fraudulent offers, misrepresentation by third parties, salary disputes, or contractual issues between employers and seafarers.
• All employers must independently verify the legitimacy of seafarer credentials, licenses, and medical documents before recruitment.
• I understand that TNC HRA is not liable for accidents, incidents on board ships, or illegal practices conducted independently by employers or third parties.
• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility as a recruiter to verify the validity of RPSL licenses and compliance with relevant maritime regulations.
• The display of company names or logos on the TNC HRA platform does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of employment, or assumption of legal liability by TNC HRA.
• I understand that no employer-employee relationship is created between TNC HRA and the recruiting company merely through platform registration.
• All contractual terms, wages, and joining conditions are strictly between the company and the seafarer.
